I just found your site, and I love your ideas. This postcard suggestion is a great idea. Ten years ago, I toured with a group that put on assembly programs for high schools all across the U.S. We covered 23 different states, and every time I had a chance, I bought postcards at gas stations to send to my parents. (They are usually really cheap too!) My mom saved them all for me, and now they help me remember stories of what happened at those different places!
